Terms of Service

Our services

We provide private dining, catering, and meal prep services in the Nashville area. Menus, sample pricing, and availability shown on our website are for general information and are not an offer or a guaranteed price. The details of your event or order are confirmed with you directly in writing.

Bookings and quotes

Submitting an enquiry or request is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once Chef Mollie has confirmed your date and details in writing and any required deposit has been received. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests, but menus and ingredients may be adjusted based on seasonality, availability, and final guest count.

Deposits, pricing, and payment

Events and catering typically require a deposit (commonly 50% of the estimated total) to reserve your date, with the balance due as stated on your invoice. Prices are in U.S. dollars, and applicable sales tax is added. We accept payment by card (processed securely by Stripe), and by Zelle, Venmo, check, or cash. For meal prep, ordering deadlines and any applicable fees are provided when you sign up and on your order confirmations.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Because we reserve time and purchase fresh ingredients in advance, cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided with your booking confirmation. Deposits may be non-refundable, and cancellations close to your event or delivery date may incur charges. For meal prep, you can skip, pause, or change upcoming orders in line with the ordering deadlines provided to you.

Allergies and food safety

Your safety matters to us, and Chef Mollie works hard to accommodate allergies and dietary needs. Please tell us about any allergies or restrictions before your event or order. However, our food is prepared in a kitchen that also handles common allergens — including gluten, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, fish, and shellfish — and we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free of a given allergen or free from cross-contact. If you or a guest has a severe allergy, please weigh this carefully; consuming our food is done with awareness of this risk.

Our prepared foods are perishable. To keep them safe, please follow the storage, refrigeration, and reheating instructions provided, and refrigerate promptly. We are not responsible for food that has been stored or handled improperly after it leaves our care.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and, for in-home and on-site service, reasonable and safe access to your kitchen or venue, including working utilities and adequate space. Delays or conditions outside our control that prevent us from providing the service are not our responsibility.

Limitation of liability

We provide our services with care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual property

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
